Propaganda is used to boost the morale of supporters as well as to criticise the motives, characteristics and actions of, or weaken the morale of opponents.

These extracts represent types of propaganda that are rarely written down or studied. The items aim to foster patriotism and a sense of nationalism and identity, to provide a concept of a common culture.
